2025 CCICED Annual General Meeting

The 2025 CCICED Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place in China on October 15-17, 2025. More information, including venue, theme, and agenda items, to follow.

At the AGM, CCICED’s Executive Committee, Chief Advisors, Council Members, and Special Advisors—as well as invited experts and practitioners from governments, international institutions, think tanks, and academia—will explore this year’s research reports and policy recommendations to the Chinese Government.

This will be done through a combination of plenary sessions and thematic side events, so-called ‘Open Forums’. Following the AGM, CCICED’s annual policy recommendations on environment and development will be finalized and shared with China’s State Council, the country’s highest decision making body.
