2025 CCICED Impact Report

This CCICED Impact Report provides an overview of developments across China’s environment, climate, and sustainable development policies in 2025 and connects them to CCICED’s research and policy recommendations.

Policies discussed in the report include low-carbon transition, pollution control, carbon market, biodiversity protection and restoration, climate resilience, and engagement in regional and global environmental cooperation. The findings of this Impact Report will inform CCICED’s work in 2026 and beyond.
