Cohen served as Senior Deputy Director-General at Israel’s Environmental Protection Ministry in the areas of planning, policy, and strategy between 2010 and 2021. Her policy experience spans climate change, environmental innovations, green construction, and environmental coordination with the financial sector.

Cohen holds a Bachelor of Science degree, a certificate in education, and a Master of Arts degree in geography, specializing in environmental planning and policy management, from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
