Prior to joining the Seoul National University, Mr. Yoon has led the state-run Korea Environmental Industry and Technology Institute, which is tasked with supporting the local environmental industry and executing the government’s green R&D funds, since 2011. Mr. Yoon is among the six experts in the 17-member International Advisory Board to the U.N. Environmental Program’s International Environmental Technology Center. He has been also spearheading Korea’s efforts to share its environmental experience with developing countries.
