Zhenhua has recently been reappointed to the position of China’s special representative on climate change and Deputy Director of the Committee of Population, Resources and Environment. Previously, Zhenhua served as the Vice Chairman of China’s National Development and Reform Commission. He has also served as Vice Chair of CCICED (Phase V).
