Mr. Gu is an Associate Researcher at the Institutes of Science and Development, the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is mainly engaged in research on green and low-carbon development strategies, plans and policies. His research has provided support for climate change-related content in the Outline of the National Five-Year Plan, the “China-U.S. Joint Presidential Statement on Climate Change”, the Paris climate negotiations, and local low-carbon development goals and roadmaps.
