Mr. Shi engaged in the research of urban and regional development issues. He is the chief expert of the National Social Science Fund’s major project “Research on Major Issues in the Construction of the Belt and Road Initiative”. He is responsible for completing the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road Strategy Study and building and supporting the “Belt and Road Initiative”.
