The High-level Ministerial Dialogue on Climate Finance is one of the mandated events to be held during the 2021 first sessional period of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
The 4th Biennial High-Level Ministerial Dialogue (HLMD) on Climate Finance will consider the reports on the in-session workshops on long-term climate finance held during 2019 and 2020, as well as the 2020 Biennial Assessment and Overview of Climate Finance Flows.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 4th HLMD was postponed from 2020 t0 2021.
