2016 CCICED AGM Summary Record

This Summary Record of the CCICED’s fifth meeting of Phase V was prepared by Ms. Simina Mistreanu for SISO, based on detailed notes recorded during the annual general meeting (AGM). Representing SISO’s interpretation of the general debate and discussions, the Summary Record does not necessarily reflect the views of all participants. To encourage frank and direct dialogue, the Summary Record presents an overview of the points made during the discussion, without attribution to individual speakers. The CCICED is chaired by Mr. Zhang Gaoli, Vice Premier of China’s State Council and member of the Political Bureau Standing Committee. It was at his invitation that the members of the Council attended the fifth meeting of Phase V.
